Ya Shi Xiang (Duck Sh*t Aroma)
Ya Shi Xiang (Duck Sh*t Aroma)
Our “Duck Sh*t Aroma” Oolong Tea tastes nothing like its vulgar name. Years ago, a tea farmer didn’t want outsiders to grow this precious tea, so he cleverly gave it an uninviting name. However, the unique aroma and taste of Ya Shi Xiang tea could not be suppressed by its awful name. Harvested in May, 2020. Our Ya Shi Xiang Oolong tea leaves are heavily roasted, and deliver a fruity and tobacco/cocoa aroma with charcoal roasted chestnut and longan notes.
6 - 8 grams of tea is suggested to put into your gaiwan (100 ml). Steep with boiling hot water (100℃/ 212℉) for 3 only seconds. It can be steeped 10 - 13 times.
This tea has a delicate and soothing balance of sweetness, bitterness, and floral notes, followed by a smooth mineral finish, and long-lasting aftertaste.
