Before I tried any great jasmine tea, I arrogantly thought that jasmine teas were for flower lovers rather than real tea lovers. My own bias and prejudice help me back from exploring the world of quality jasmine greens for years.
Lucky for me, I found an inheritor (Master Chen) of the traditional scenting process of jasmine tea in Fuzhou, Fu Jian Province in China. Only then did I realize how many great kinds of jasmine green teas I was missing out on.
Fu zhou in Fu Jiang Province is the birthplace of jasmine green tea. The unique and comfortable environment provides a perfect condition for jasmine flowers. During the Qing Dynasty(1636 - 1912, jasmine green tea was not widely available and it was strictly limited to the Royal families and upper official families. After 1972, they gradually became more widely available due to their growing popularity.
If you are a serious tea lover who cares about the quality of tea and processing, you may have some of the same misgivings about jasmine teas as I did. Trust me when I say that you will love our series of jasmine teas. All these teas are made by Master Chen’s team. Master Chen is a national inheritor of the traditional scenting process of jasmine tea. He is also a qualified tea evaluator at the national first-grade level. With extensive knowledge in tea making, years of hands-on experience, respect for the traditional scenting processing, and all the prizes/rewards Master Chen has won in the floral tea world, you will be amazed by the quality of jasmine green his team makes.
