Handmade Rustic Mountain Waste Bowl
Handmade by the same potter who creates the mountain valley gaiwan in Jingdezhen, China, these waste bowls feature a light grey and rustic earthy glaze. The glaze and the rustic pattern remind us of the Grand Canyon Valley. It's covered with sporadic carbon trappings. We particularly like the earthy tone and intuitive strokes on the body of the bowl. It holds approximately 400 ml. It’s large enough to serve a group at a tea gathering.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
