Handmade and hand-painted in Jingdezhen by the same master potter who creates our “Gentle Pink Gaiwan,” this giawan features a smoky pink glaze with a curious hand-painted deer. It has an ultra smooth surface and matte finish. The shape of the gaiwan makes it pour like a dream and it won't burn your fingers.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
