Beige Glaze Lotus Flower Tea Bowl
Beige Glaze Lotus Flower Tea Bowl
Handmade by the same potter who creates the moonface series gaiwan in Jingdezhen, China, this beige tea bowl is inspired by the tea-drinking style in Song Dynasty when people used a large bowl to brew tea. It features lotus flowers' petals on the wall, and it uses rough clay which creates a vintage look. We especially like delicate petals and the classic shape with the contrast of the texture of the clay on this tea bowl. Please note that each of these tea bowls is handmade so there will be a slight variation in glaze and size, but they look very similar to each other. It's a perfect vessel for green tea brewing. We also like to pair it up with this Ru Yi teaspoon. Check out how we use it with this video.
