Handmade Black Matte Zen Tea Tray
Handmade by our favorite “Bian (邊)Studio” in Jingdezhen, China, this tea tray features a matte iron black and brown finish. It was hand-thrown on a potter’s wheel and the pattern was carefully curved with a knife. We particularly like the unpretentious design and zen style of this tea tray. It's a perfect tea tray for a low-profile setup. Each of these tea trays provides enough room for a gaiwan or a teapot.
Check out all teaware created by this studio here.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
