Handmade by a potter who is also a ceramic teacher in Jingdezhen, China, these teapots feature an unpretentious glaze with a unique plum blossom flower lid design. It is made of refined clay that is similar to porcelain. It feels extremely smooth in hand. We particularly like the rustic black matte glaze and clay texture. The skilled potter made the wall of teapot perfectly balanced; Not too thin, and not too thick and the weight of it feels perfect in your hand. We are amazed by how smooth the pouring is, it’s the perfect water stream you dream to have!

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
