$36.00
Handmade by a studio specializing in soda wood fired teaware in Jingdezhen, China, this teacup is glazed on the inside and outside before firing. During the firing, soda is added resulting in a unique glaze and texture, pattern, and color. We particularly like the unique melting brown glaze finish. The medium size of this teacup makes it a perfect solo teacup.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
