This tea jar is handmade in Jingdezhen by the same potter who creates our “Handmade Beige Moonface Gaiwan” . This moonface tea jar features a prominent light brown matte appearance with a hand-painted peach branch. It is covered with sporadic carbon trappings and peacock eyes. Made of crude pottery clay, and it feels very smooth and comfortable in hands.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
