Wood-fired Landscape Painting Teacup
Handmade and hand-painted by a potter in Jingdezhen, China, these wood-fired teacups each feature a unique landscape painting on them. The teacups are first wood-fired for a long period. Afterwards, the potter painted the landscapes, deliberately incorporating the natural wood-fired marking into each painting. Since all wood-fired pieces turn out differently, the creator has to approach each cup differently. We particularly like the idea of combining painting with the natural pattern of wood-fired glaze. These teacups are a great size for solo drinking.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
