Handmade by a potter in Jingdezhen, China, these teacups feature an ultra-light gray glaze that was achieved by plant ashes. Each teacup was thoughtfully hand-wheeled, the mouth edge is thin which fits your mouth comfortably, and the body and bottom of the teacup have a nice weight, which makes them stable on the tea table. We especially like the unpretentious design and rustic appearance of these teacups.

Additional Information:
It’s food-safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
