The brown matte tea tray was handmade and skillfully painted in Jingdezhen, China by the same potter who creates the blue sky dancing cranes tea tray. It features four cranes in different patterns. We particularly like the earthy and rustic texture and diverse cranes' designs of this tea tray. It fits perfectly for a gaiwan or a teapot and a solo teacup.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
