Smoky Green Matte Tea Tray
This tea tray is handmade by a young artist who just got her master degree in porcelain design from Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute. She made a series of fish porcelain, including teapots, teacups, tea trays, and bowls. We found her unique pieces at a weekend teaware market in Jingdezhen, China.
This particular tea tray has a depth and will catch drips, features a smoky green matte finish. It’s unique and difficult to recreate as it is dependent upon environmental conditions during firing. It is suitable for dry-pour gongfu tea.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
