Handmade by the same potter who creates the mountain valley gaiwan in Jingdezhen, China, this gaiwan features rustic waves carving on the body. Each stroke is passionately drawn. The grey and white glaze of this gaiwan remind us of quiet moonlight at night. It's covered with sporadic carbon trappings. We particularly like the earthy tone and rustic brushstrokes on the body of this gaiwan. It holds approximately 120 ml of liquid. The size is just right, so it fits perfectly in your hand.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
