Stormy Moonface Waste Bowl
Handmade in Jingdezhen, China, this waste bowl features a prominent dark grey and black glaze covered with sporadic carbon trappings and peacock eyes. It has an glazed rough clay interior with a glossy and partial matte appearance. Here and there you will find crackled patterns and crystal spots. The Jingdezhen Gaolin clay and natural mineral glaze never look the same twice when removed from the kiln, so each piece is always unique. It’s always a fun surprise to see the final work.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
