Handmade by the same potter who creates the mountain valley gaiwan in Jingdezhen, China, this waste bowl features an ink glaze with intuitive waves patterns. We particularly like the ink glaze style and unique waves patterns on the body of the bow. It holds approximately 700 ml. It’s large enough to serve a group at a tea gathering.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
