Handmade by a potter in Jingdezhen, China, this waste bowl features a green matte glaze covered with sporadic carbon trappings and peacock eyes. The Jingdezhen Gaolin clay and natural mineral glaze never look the same twice when removed from the kiln, so each piece is always unique. It’s always a fun surprise to see the final work. Holds approximately 730 ml of liquid... large enough to serve a group at a tea gathering.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
