The Dan Cong Oolong teas that I'm offering below are very much like the teas that we drank everyday in college. Different from our Wu Yi mountain tea, which has a stronger personality, our Dan Cong Oolong tea is an easy drinking partner... for it has a delicate aroma, and can be steeped 10 - 13 times in a gaiwan vessel.
