Designed by a studio which specializes in creating natural fabric fashion in Guangzhou, China, this shirt uses 100% white zhuma linen (a stronger fiber) for the interior and 100% cotton for the maple orange exterior. It features a oversized monk style design with a V shaped collar.
Inspired by traditional clothing in China which emphasizes comfort, simplicity and flexibility, this maple orange shirt has no buttons and fits a variety of body sizes. You can tie it up on the side for a more fitted look or you can loosen the elastic bands for a more casual, breezy look. We particularly like the simple monk style and breathable fabric of this shirt.
Please note that most clothing designed from this studio is a bit smaller than the regular sizes in the U.S., so keep in mind your item will fit on the smaller end (though it’s a loose design). If you are not sure which size to go with, please feel free to contact us.

Care Instructions:
Linen becomes softer and more absorbent after each wash, which is pretty neat. Wash linen on low temperatures in lukewarm or cold, and preferably soft, water. Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibers. Feel free to machine (tumble) dry your linen clothes, as long as you stick to low temperatures. Remove from the dryer when still slightly damp to avoid the linen becoming stiff, and hang or lie flat to finish off the drying process.
Never wash light-colored clothing with dark items to prevent dye transfer.

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is in its original condition, and the tags have not been removed. Simply contact us via email to initiate the return. Your refund will be processed after we receive the item. Returns must be accompanied by the packing list or receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
