Handmade by “Bian (邊）Studio” in Jingdezhen, China. These teacups feature a floral edging with silver and black glaze which appear matte. The interior of the gaiwan is also glazed with an ocean blue color. These teacups are similar to each other in size and dimension, but each one is wonderfully unique due to the unpredictable glaze and finish.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
