One of the most common and representative traditions for the Mid-Autumn Festival is eating mooncakes. The round traditional mooncake is a symbol of family reunion, and the cake is sliced into pieces to share with the whole family. This year, we will be making non-baked snow skin mooncakes alone with Chinese loose leaf tea to celebrate this holiday.
